Naples Beach Hotel is insisting on have a deposit by August 2nd to guarantee the $99 Chessrate. They are expecting many reservations for the Labor Day holiday weekend at higher rates. So, if there is a chance you will be attending, give them a deposit by that date... it is refundable by August 25th if your plans change.
